Additionally once the POP was in all 800+ Salons I also managed the Web Tracking for Help Tickets that the Salons would place if something was missing from their Kits and coordinated and worked with the POP vendor and our internal mail room fulfillment center, to ensure those tickets were taken care of before the program start date.
Hair Cuttery Salons were divided up into three distinctions for the POP:
General, Multicultural, & Mens
The distinction was related to the primary clientele as well as the retail product line available and sold in the salons.
